Pistol Permits

In order to carry a weapon in a vehicle, or concealed on one's person, one must obtain a pistol permit from the sheriff of the county in which he resides. Pistol permits are issued for a one-year time period, and cost $15 per year. In order to receive a permit, one must deliver a completed application, along with the fee and proper identification to the Sheriff's Office.
